Shannon Doetsch leads the Gilbert – At the Reserve – branch for Clear Title Agency of Arizona. In addition to day-to-day operations and continued market growth, her role as Branch Manager includes an emphasis on building relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and lenders.
Doetsch’s previous experience includes working as a Senior Escrow Officer for Lawyer’s Title Agency. Her 15 years of experience in handling a high volume of real estate transactions from clients throughout the Phoenix Metro area have led to her being recognized among the top 5% of producers for Fidelity National Financial Inc.

Lindsey Argo joined Clear Title Agency of Arizona in August 2021 after more than 20 years in healthcare, bringing with her a strong commitment to problem solving and customer care. What began as a new career path quickly became a passion, and Lindsey thrives in the fast-paced environment of title and escrow where clear communication and attention to detail are essential.
Her top priority is ensuring smooth, efficient transactions while building lasting relationships with everyone she serves. Lindsey is highly respected by real estate agents for her reliability, responsiveness, and ability to keep transactions on track. She takes pride in helping people feel confident and supported every step of the way during the closing process.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, three children, and two dogs, cheering on the Ravens, and taking trips out of town or relaxing at home.
