Blake Holloway is a lifelong water enthusiast with deep roots in Southern California. Growing up in Long Beach, he spent countless summers soaking up the sun and exploring the ocean, and if given the choice, he’d pick the beach over the desert any day.

After two decades in Arizona, his love for the outdoors hasn’t waned—especially when the weather is just right. You’re more likely to find him paddleboarding on the Salt River than trekking through sand dunes, blending his coastal spirit with the unique charm of Arizona.

When he’s not enjoying water-based adventures, Blake dedicates his time to his family, making memories with his son, daughter, and his girlfriend and her two kids. Of course, they enjoy traveling to the beach together, hiking, paddleboarding, visiting with family, and Marvel movies.

With eight years of experience at Clear Title, Blake has forged meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike. He’s committed to delivering exceptional results through strong partnerships, combining his laid-back SoCal roots with a professional drive that ensures every client receives top-notch service.
