Kim Stembridge is a seasoned professional with over 41 years of experience in the escrow industry, currently serving as the Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer. Beginning her career in Southern California as a receptionist, Kim’s unwavering dedication led her to climb the ranks to become an accomplished Escrow Officer. Relocating to Arizona in 1992, she continued her upward trajectory, ultimately achieving the position of Branch Manager.
Kim’s commitment to mastering every facet of escrow is evident in her diverse portfolio, encompassing refinances, vacant land, resale, commercial, and intricate transactions. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kim finds joy in the outdoors through camping and hiking, cherishing quality time with her three grandsons. Formerly a soccer/football mom and now a basketball grandma, Kim embraces the dynamism of both her personal and professional life.
Genesee Weeden has joined Clear Title Agency of Arizona in 2023 through the acquisition of First Arizona Title. Genesee was born and raised in Southern California and received her degree from MSU Denver. Arizona has been her home since 2014.
Genesee has had the unique experience of working as a Real Estate Agent for 4 years in addition to her 13+ years in Escrow. This experience has given her insight on how important the details of the transaction are to our agents. She has an appreciation for what is going on behind the scenes and how important communication from Escrow is to all parties. She takes great pride in keeping a sense of urgency throughout the transaction to collaborate in making closings happen. Genesee enjoys making personal connections with the clients to help them feel less overwhelmed in what can be a stressful and complex experience.
Genesee enjoys the outdoors and exploring as much of Arizona as she can through hiking and getaways. She also enjoys traveling outside of Arizona and making memories with her boys. Genesee loves Broadway theatre, ballet, concerts and dance! She is passionate about her involvement in her faith and finding opportunities to serve in the community.
