In her role, Lindsey leads the business development efforts for Clear Title’s three Scottsdale branches; Scottsdale Forum, Kierland, and Silverleaf/Pinnacle Peak. Prior to joining Clear Title, Lindsey was an Area Sales Manager at Thomas James Homes, where she oversaw and managed the company’s spec portfolio of luxury new construction assets in the Phoenix and Scottsdale markets, achieving an impressive $59M in sales volume. She also excelled at DR Horton and Richmond American Homes, consistently ranking among the top performers. Her ability to drive sales and enhance the customer experience earned her multiple industry accolades, including the President’s Club and MAME Awards for outstanding sales volume and customer service. She also has a strong background in financial services, having managed high-net-worth client portfolios during her decade-long tenure at Robert W. Baird.
