Instructor, Cindy Hallas
Cindy is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator, licensed in eight states including Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas, with industry experience dating back to 1998. Recognized as a Platinum and Top Producer, she has built a successful, referral-based business focused on long-term relationships with both real estate agents and clients.
Since 2013, she has served as a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for REALTORS®, offering courses through freeCEclass.com. Her lending expertise spans a broad range of loan products such as VA, FHA, Conventional, USDA Rural Housing, Down Payment Assistance, 100% financing, JUMBO loans, and private investor programs. Handling purchase, land, and refinance transactions with a deep understanding of each loan type.
In addition to her lending work, Cindy holds certifications as a Divorce and Credit Specialist, and is also a Reverse Mortgage expert. She has extensive experience working with self-employed borrowers and is fluent in American Sign Language, proudly serving the Deaf Community. Her hands-on industry knowledge brings practical value and relevance to every class she teaches.
