Clearing the Air about Clearview Abstract, d.b.a Clearview Title Agency

Clear Title was founded in 2007 with the goal of becoming the finest provider of title and escrow services in Arizona. Over the years, we have been recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing small businesses and have forged an unrelenting commitment to this goal. And, our success has been attributable to one simple idea… serving others.

Over the past week, there has been confusion in the market about another title company with a similar name, Clearview Title. I have also been made aware of actions (Cease and Desist Order) taken by the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions that compel Clearview Title to immediately cease operations. It is for this reason that I feel it is important to openly communicate who we are at Clear Title Agency.

Clearview Abstract, it’s owner’s, investors and staff have absolutely zero connection with Clear Title Agency of Arizona. We have no relationship, casual or in business to their operation, their investors, management or staff and have no connection to the company.

Our stellar reputation matters to us.  We hope to dispel any confusion in a very simple way, by continuing to build trust with you in your dealings with us and in our community. We know that Honor + Trust = Integrity and Performance. We will continue to execute on this equation as we have since our inception.

From our perspective, there should be no confusion about who we are. We take our obligation and commitment to you very seriously and have always performed with honor and integrity, thereby building trust with our customers, our employees and our community.
