Clear Title Expands its Staff

Phoenix, AZ. (December 06, 2019) Clear Title Agency of Arizona has expanded its staff with the hiring of a vice president and a commercial escrow officer, the company announced.

Clear Title said Nicole Marruci was hired as vice president of commercial title. Dawn Zenobi joined the company as commercial escrow officer.

“Adding experienced professionals to our team is always exciting because it results in enhanced service to our customers,” CEO Bart Patterson said in a release. “The people that make up our team and their reputation for excellence is what continues to set us apart from our competition. We are always looking to build upon that reputation with qualified experts.”

Marruci will support the commercial team with complex title issues. She previously served as general counsel at Champion Title & Settlements, Inc. in Virginia.

The company said Zenobi will handle the closing of commercial transactions. She previously served as senior commercial and residential escrow officer for Cuyahoga Title Services, Ltd. in Ohio. She also founded Equity Title Agency, Inc.
