The Administrative Assistant is a critical member of the support staff and provides personalized secretarial and organized administrative support as needed in a professional and timely manner. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization, coordination of front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking, with attention to detail and stress management skills are essential for this position.

The Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities are to welcome all guests and employees positively, and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality of standards.

  • Providing amazing customer service via in person, answering phone, email, etc.
  • Maintains security by following procedures;
  • Receives incoming calls and emails; takes messages; responds appropriately and routes correspondence to the appropriate executive or staff member.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.


  • Have a pleasant personality and a friendly enthusiastic attitude.
  • Fun yet professional person to work with
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel,
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Able to stay calm and on task in high stress situations.
  • High level of verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
