Blake Holloway has spent more than a decade with Clear Title Agency of Arizona, building his career around a simple philosophy: great business is built through great relationships.

As a Sales Manager, Blake works closely with real estate professionals throughout Arizona’s East Valley, helping agents, lenders, and industry partners grow their businesses through strategic marketing, education, collaboration, and exceptional title and escrow service. He believes the best partnerships go well beyond a single transaction, and he takes pride in understanding his clients’ businesses, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and becoming a resource they can genuinely rely on.

Blake brings that same commitment to leadership, working alongside his sales and escrow teams to create an experience that makes both clients and their customers feel valued. After more than ten years in the title industry, he still believes relationships, consistency, and doing what you say you’re going to do are some of the biggest differentiators in business.

Originally from Long Beach, California, Blake has called Arizona home for more than two decades, although he’ll readily admit the beach still wins over the desert. Outside of work, his greatest priority is his family. He and his wife, Tanya, have four kids and enjoy traveling, hiking, paddleboarding, spending time near just about any body of water, and settling in for the occasional Marvel movie.

Whether he’s helping a client grow their business, developing his team, or spending time with his family, Blake values relationships, hard work, and making the most of the opportunities in front of him.

Lindsey has an extensive background working with home builders, buyers and sellers. She understands luxury listings and represents a team of escrow officers who thrive in that specialized environment.

A highly accomplished sales professional with over seven years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries, Lindsey brings a proven track record of success in driving business growth, cultivating relationships, and delivering top-tier sales performance.

In her role, Lindsey leads the business development efforts for Clear Title’s three Scottsdale branches; Scottsdale Forum, Kierland, and Silverleaf/Pinnacle Peak. Prior to joining Clear Title, Lindsey was an Area Sales Manager at Thomas James Homes, where she oversaw and managed the company’s spec portfolio of luxury new construction assets in the Phoenix and Scottsdale markets, achieving an impressive $59M in sales volume. She also excelled at DR Horton and Richmond American Homes, consistently ranking among the top performers. Her ability to drive sales and enhance the customer experience earned her multiple industry accolades, including the President’s Club and MAME Awards for outstanding sales volume and customer service. She also has a strong background in financial services, having managed high-net-worth client portfolios during her decade-long tenure at Robert W. Baird. With her deep industry knowledge and passion for helping clients succeed.
