Escrow Assistant – Central Processing Unit

Responsibilities
Responsible for the input and processing of escrow accounts within the central processing unit in accordance with established policies and procedures. Including but not limited to:

  • Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer
  • Data entry and processing of escrow accounts within the central processing unit in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Test and assist with the establishment of new processes

Qualifications

  • Preferred 1- 2 years experience as an Escrow Asst or a minimum of 3 years experience in a related real estate or title field.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail orientation
  • Familiar with purchase contract and transactions
  • Excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
